Level 1 (2.4-2.9)
These drills focus on advanced stroke production and an introduction to singles/doubles play.
Level 2 (3.0-3.5)
These drills focus on basic singles/doubles strategy and court positioning.
Level 3 (3.6-4.0)
These drills focus on advanced singles/doubles strategy and court positioning. Emphasis is placed on increasing skill and improving while competing.
Level 4 (4.0+)
Formerly known as the Men’s and Women’s “Pro Workout,” these drills are for seasoned comp
Red Ball (Ages 3-8)
This class provides a group setting for beginners to learn eye-racket coordination, basic motor skills, and the fundamentals of proper stroke technique using 36 ft. courts and red/foam transition tennis balls.
Junior Progressive Program (Ages 9-16)
This class emphases bio-mechanical and technical skills in order to become a consistent point and tournament/match player. Orange and green decompressed tennis balls are used.
For those in search of more individual attention and schedule flexibility, private lessons are perfect for rapid improvement. Our instructors can work on every aspect of your game, whether you are a beginner or high-level tournament player. Private lessons are available to adult GBTC members and junior members.
Private lessons can be one-on-one with the instructor, or a semi-private with you and a friend.
