Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App within the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Green Bay Tennis Center and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Brown County, Wisconsin for any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted in the App and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
