"Tennis should be above all things..enjoyable, on all levels from training to practice to match play. I think the tennis court is an environment that real learning takes place; creating a foundation for the game of tennis to be a lifelong endeavor. At whatever level of play we desire to achieve, we must never forget that tennis is a game, it helps us learn tennis skills vut also gives us the opportunity to build character, confidence as well as many other life skills"

John has been involved in USTA youth team tennis, both as an instructor and a team coach. He has been with Green Bay Tennis Center from the beginning, first as one of their early members and for the past several years as a teaching professional. He has also worked as a tennis instructor at Oneida Country Club and Green Bay Country Club. John also stays involved in the tennis community as the Vice President of the local CTA, the Greater Green Bay Tennis Association, and volunteering in many USTA youth programs.
